Service, Maintenance and Repairs
Glacier Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We offer planned maintenance packages that protect your essential cooling and refrigeration systems and a reactive service that ensures, should the worst happen, we are there to solve your emergency both quickly and efficiently.
These plans are available to both existing and newly installed systems. Service Agreements are available on air conditioning, refrigeration systems and milk cooling systems.
The typical yearly plan consists of two scheduled service visits for refrigeration. The plan can also include a reactive service that means should your equipment fail you have immediate access to an engineer. Please note that replacement parts are subject to an additional cost.
A typical service will consist of the following steps:
- Filter cleaning
- Indoor anti-bacterial clean
- Condensate drain cleaning/Condensate pump cleaning
- System leak test
- Outdoor unit coil clean
- Refrigerant running pressure check
- System operation check
- Maintenance site log and Refrigerant tracking log
